We are the interior division of the Rawat Group, a trusted Pune family business for over 50 years. Unlike firms that outsource work, we own our factory, so you deal directly with the manufacturer.
Yes. You can visit our 100,000 sq. ft. factory on the Pune–Bangalore Highway or our studios in Kharadi and Bavdhan to see our materials and machines in person.
We use German machines for a "zero-error" finish that hand tools cannot match. Most work happens at our factory, keeping your home clean. Plus, we provide a formal 10-year warranty.
Design & Customization
Yes. Everything is designed from scratch for your 1BHK, 2BHK, or 3BHK. You choose the colors and layout; the factory simply ensures the construction is precise and durable.
Definitely. We provide 3D images so you can see exactly how your home will look. You can make changes at this stage to ensure you are 100% happy before production begins.
Yes. We are a "turnkey" provider. We handle everything including false ceilings, wiring, plumbing, tiling, and painting so you don't have to manage multiple contractors.
Costs & Timelines
While final costs depend on your choices, our starting points are:
- Modular Kitchens: ₹1.5 Lakh onwards
- 2BHK Full Home: ₹9–10 Lakh onwards
- 3BHK Full Home: ₹11–12 Lakh onwards
No. We follow a "Price Lock" policy. Once the design and materials are finalized, the price is fixed. It only changes if you decide to add more work later.
A modular kitchen is typically ready in 30–35 days, while a full home takes 45–60 days. Because we build everything in our factory, we only spend a few days at your house for a clean, quiet, and quick installation.
Quality & After-Sales
We use anti-termite BWP Plywood and Hettich/Hafele hardware for lasting durability. Our German-machine finishes prevent edges from peeling, ensuring your home stays premium and maintenance-free for years.
It covers any manufacturing defects in the furniture or hardware. Our 50-year history in Pune is your guarantee that we will be here to honor it.
Every project includes 1 year of free maintenance. We will visit to check alignments and hardware. After that, our service team is always available for a call.
General Questions
Yes, we take on projects across Maharashtra depending on the scale. We discuss any extra transport costs transparently right from the start.
Yes. Our factory handles large-scale work for Offices, Hotels, and Schools. We have worked with major names like Lenovo, Force Motors, and Symbiosis.
