Every component is factory tested. Panels are barcoded to track material and machining, edges are sealed, finishes tested. Before dispatch and on installation, we check alignment, finish, hardware, etc.

Here are rough ranges e.g.: Modular Kitchens: 1 Lakh Onwards, Wardrobes: 50k Onwards, Full 3BHK interiors: 11-12 Lakh Onwards depending on materials & finishes.

We schedule installation carefully. Many parts are pre-assembled in factory reducing onsite work. Edgebanding/drilling is done in factory when possible. We aim for minimal dust and disturbance. Our teams clean up after installation.

 Standard structure: initial design fee / advance, then milestone-based payments (pre-manufacturing, post-manufacturing, on installation). Exact schedule will be shared on proposal.

Yes. We prepare design proposals including 3D visualizations / walkthroughs / mood boards to help you see how the space will look and approve finishes before we begin execution.

Our factory showroom is located on the Pune–Bangalore Highway, with design studios in Kharadi and Bavdhan.
We also take up projects outside Pune, depending on the project size and applicable logistical costs.
